SY50133Z Flyback Regulator With Primary Side CV/CC Control For Adapters and Chargers General Description Features SY50133Z is a single stage Flyback regulator targeting  Tight PSR CC/CV Regulation Over Entire Operating at Constant Current/Constant Voltage (CC/CV) Range applications. It integrates a 620V/4.4Ω MOSFET in a  QR-mode Operation for High Efficiency compact SO8 package to minimize the size. Both the  PWM/PFM Control for High Average Efficiency output current and voltage are sensed on the primary  Fast dynamic load transient response side, eliminating the opto-isolator and the secondary  Cable Compensation for Better Load Regulation side feedback circuitry, and minimizing the overall  Low Start Up Current: 5μA Max system cost.  Minimum Frequency Limitation 500Hz  No-load Power is Less than 50mW SY50133Z adopts the quasi-resonant operation and the  Reliable Protections for OVP, SCP, OTP,OCP adaptive PWM/PFM control to achieve the highest  Reliable Protections for Safety Requirement average efficiency and the best EMI performance.
