起重机械安全管理人员和作业人员考核大纲 第一条 为了规范起重机械安全管理人员和作业人员的考核工作，根据《中华人民共和国特种设备安全法》、《特种设备安全监察条例》、《特种设备作业人员监督管理办法》，制定本大纲。 第二条 本大纲适用于《特种设备作业人员作业种类与项目》(国家质量监督检验检疫总局2011年第95号公告，以下简称公告)规定的起重机械安全管理人员和作业人员的考核。 起重机械安全管理人员(以下简称安全管理人员)，是指使用单位从事起重机械安全管理的专职或者兼职人员。起重机械作业人员(以下简称作业人员)，是指起重机械生产单位、使用单位从事起重机械的机械安装修理、电气安装修理人员和指挥、司机等操作人员。 起重机械司索作业人员、起重机械地面操作人员和遥控操作人员，不需要取得《特种设备作业人员证》，由使用单位进行培训和管理。 第三条 安全管理人员和作业人员按照公告规定的作业项目取得相应项目的资格证件。 第四条 安全管理人员应当符合以下条件: (一)年龄20周岁以上(含20周岁)，男性女性均不超过60周岁; (二)身体健康，无妨碍从事本岗位工作的疾病和生理缺陷; and pump installation engineering construction and acceptance specification for lifting 6 HG20201-2000 construction installation engineering construction standard 7, HG ...
