摘要 PAGE PAGE II 摘要 PAGE PAGE II 摘要 近年来，随着我国高校不断扩招，相应的校园安全设施难免有疏漏之处，高校图书馆是大学生自主学习的主要场所，其人员流动量大且频繁，安全隐患众多，而且各隐患所造成的危险性也不尽相同，但毋庸置疑都会带来巨大的破坏性和恶劣的影响。本文以榆林学院图书馆为研究对象，运用安全系统工程的原理和方法对其安全隐患进行分析与评价。 第一章是引文部分，第二章是图书馆安全隐患分析，第三章是安全隐患评价，第四章是安全对策措施建议，第五章进行总结。全文首先是定义安全的基本概念并合理选择安全评价方法；然后运用安全检查表法对图书馆隐患进行全面的排查，并采用事故树法来分析研究，发现图书馆存在易引起火灾、高空坠落、踩踏事件等发生的安全隐患，另外，图书馆的安全管理体系不完整，安全管理制度不完善，工作人员安全意识较差这些都是非常严重的问题。 根据研究所得结果和结论，提出了一些科学合理可行的安全对策措施及建议，从而提高我校图书馆的安全性，这不仅在一定程度上避免了我校图书室人员伤亡和财产损失，也对国内其他高校图书馆的安全管理具有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：高校图书馆；安全隐患；安全分析；安全评价；火灾 ABSTRACT PAGE PAGE II Potential hazard Identification and Evaluation of YuLin University Library ABSTRACT In recent years, with the continuous expansion of colleges and universities in China, the corresponding campus security facilities inevitably have omissions．As we all known, library is the main place where many students who frequently go out and return try their best pursue knowledge. Meantime, it leads variety of potential hazards which would bring all kinds of danger. Undeniably, these things cause huge destruction and terrible effects. The following projects take YuLin university library for example and apply Safety System Engineering to analyze and evaluate． The first chapter is the citation part, the second chapter is the analysis of the hidden danger of the library, the third chapter is the evaluation of security risks, the fourth chapter is the safety measures and suggestion, Chapter 5 summarizes the full text．The first thing is to define the basic concepts of security and the appropriate ways of Safety Evaluation will be selected. Then, the two research methods, Safety Checklist and Fault Tree, will be put into use. Safety Checklist aims at a systematical check of the library, the Fault Tree has the goal of evaluating the main danger sources in the library.
