Work in pairs: ---“How many … are there?” ---There is/are… Step2: Listening and reading Show some school things and ask “What’s this in English?” “How do you spell…?” Listen to the dialogue and read aloud after the tape.(Act.1) Read in pairs and role- play. Listen and point (Act.2) Show some cards and ask “What’s this in English?” Eg: ---What’s this in English? ---It’s a bird /book/cat/dog/flower/pen/pencil. ---What’s this in English? ---It’s an apple/orange.
