Care and Maintenance of Wood Products Thank you very much for purchasing a Roland digital piano. As this product uses real wood, it is subject to changes in temperature and humidity, in the same way as furniture made from wood. For this reason, the product must be set up in an appropriate place, and it must be properly cared for. Points of caution regarding where this product is set up and used ¹ Do not set up this product in the following kinds of places. – Places with high humidity – Places exposed to direct sunlight – Places close to devices or machinery that give off heat – Places close to air conditioning equipment – Places in which the air does not circulate for extended periods of time ¹ Do not set up this product in environments or places subject to high humidity. This may cause the wood to expand and deform, cause mold to form and grow on the surface of the wood, or cause discoloration in the materials of the wooden parts. In particular, ventilate the room or use air conditioning to regulate the humidity during seasons in which the humidity tends to be higher. When using air conditioning, be sure that this product is not directly exposed to the hot or cold air coming from the air conditioning unit. On the other hand, use caution when setting up this product in dry places where the humidity is extremely low, as the wood may shrink and cracks may form or the wood may deform. ¹ If you relocate this product to a place where the temperature and humidity are very different, moisture may form on the surface or on the interior of this product, causing the wood to deform or become discolored.
