质量功能展开矩阵 Abstract: The definition of project quality is introduced in this paper. The customer expectations to project deliverables are what the product or service functions fulfilled. This is project functional requirements. Project team shouldn’t just be rewording the functional requirements into technical requirements but also should be determining of the technical specifications so as to meet the customer ’s expectations. This paper introduces a tool to transform the customer requirements into product or service specifications which called quality function development.
