First, the virtual power plant control center published task and requirments on information platform. The virtual power plant resource owners can decide whether to participate in this task according to requirements. Then, the virtual power plant control center selected owners and their resources according to the structured selection mechanism based on historical cooperation information published by resource owners on the information platform, 2020-04-08 1995— 1974— 1995— 44
