Locating UPS and NMC Firmware Versions for Symmetra PX (SYCF40KF and ISX20KF) Locating the UPS (Intelligence Module) Firmware Version On the Display Interface, select: 1. “Diags” 2. “Frame Status” 3. “Sub-Systems”, and finally 1 4. “Intelligence Module” Firmware Version NOTE: The minimum compatible UPS firmware version for the EcoStruxure Service Plan is version 20.40*. *This is also applicable to EcoStruxure Advisor for secure power cooling Predict. Locating the Network Management Card (NMC) Firmware Version You will need: • The IP address of your Network Management Card (NMC) • An ethernet cable • A device with an ethernet port connected to the same network as the NMC 1. Make sure the NMC is connected to the local network. 2. Using the ethernet cable, connect your device to the same network. 3. Open an internet browser on your device. In the address bar, type the “https://”, then the IP address of your NMC. Ex: https://123.456.7.89/, then press Enter. 4. Log into the NMC. Unless otherwise indicated, the standard username and password is: apc 5. Click on the “About” tab, then click on “Network” for the NMC firmware versions. NOTE: The minimum compatible NMC APC OS (AOS) firmware version for the EcoStruxure Service Plan is version 7.0.4*. *This is also applicable to EcoStruxure Asset Advisor for secure power cooling Predict.
