庞大汽贸财务困境及原因分析 摘 要：近年来随着国内经济在高速发展后回落至中低水平，国内汽车市场也进入理性增 长阶段。随着车市却持续低迷，处于销售终端的经销商面临着激烈的竞争、库存积压严重、 销量下降、利润锐减等严峻局面。庞大集团于 2011 年上市，并于 2016 年 8 月进跻中国企业 500 强。但随后短短几年时间净利润不仅直线下降，并且于 2019 年 5 月 14 日因为无法偿付其高 额到期债务而向法院提出进行重整的申请。写该篇论文的目的是通过对国内相关财务困境进 行理论研究，再结合汽车销售行业的独有特点，分析庞大汽贸财务困境的表现及陷入财务困 境的原因,提出应对其财务困境的建议措施，同时希望为其他类似陷入财务困境的企业提供 参考价值，并从中吸取经验教训，从而尽可能的采取财务措施来应对危机，避免陷入财务困 境，进而减少企业损失。 关键词：财务困境；庞大汽贸；财务困境成因分析 Analysis of financial difficulties and causes of Pangda auto trade Abstract ： with the rapid development of domestic economy in recent years, the domestic automobile market has entered the stage of rational growth.
