在经前针刺十七椎穴护理原发性痛经的临床研究 忠新丰 高忠会 李玉洁 上海仁济医院第一附属医院【摘要】 目的 通过观察月经来潮前针刺十七椎穴治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效，为针灸治疗原发性痛经的穴位选择提供参考。方法将符合纳入标准的患者40例随机分为两组，其中治疗组(针 刺十七椎穴)20例予针刺疗法3个疗程，空白对照组(不予针刺)20例。参照COX痛经症状量表(the Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale)进行痛经临床症状评分，分别记录观察组和对照组护理前和护理后的痛 经症状总频率(持续总时间)和痛经症状严重程度总分，并比较两组之间的差异。结果观察组在护理过程中痛经症状总频率(持续总时间)总分和痛经症状严重程度总分持续下降，第三月经周期护理 结束后，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P0．01)。结论十七椎穴是治疗原发性痛经的有效穴位， 可于经前单用十七椎穴治疗原发性痛经。 【关键词】针刺；原发性痛经；十七椎穴；COX痛经症状量表(CMSS) 【中图分类号】R245．3；R271．11 3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1673—6613(2012)12—1073—03 Clinical Research of Primary Dysmenorrhea、vith Acupuncture at Shiqizhui f EX —B7)before Menstruation DU Dong—qing 。GAO Shu—zhong ，MA Yu—xia (1．2010 Doctorate Candidate of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine．Jinan Shandong 250355；2．Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Jinan Shandong 250355) 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on primary dysmenorrhea treated with acu— puncture at Shiqizhui(EX—B7)before menstruation SO as to provide the reference for the acupoint selection in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with acupuncture and moxibustion．Methods 40 cases in compli— ance with the inclusive criteria were randomized into two groups，20 cases in a treatment group[acupuncture at Shiqizhui(EX—B7)group for 3 sessions]and 20 cases in a blank control group(non acupuncture)．In reference to the COX Menstrual Symptom Scale，the clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea were evaluated．The total scores of the total frequency of dysmenorrhea symptoms(total persistent time)and the severity of dysmenor· rhea symptoms were recorded before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group separately． Results In the treatment group，the total scores of the total persistent frequency of dysmenorrhea symp — toms and the severity of dysmenorrhea symptoms were reduced continually．At the end of the treatment of the 3 menstrual cycle，the differences in comparison between two groups were significant statistically(P 0．01)．Conclusion Shiqizhui(EX—B7
