Analysis on The Solvency of Listed Companies in Chinas Real Estate Industry -Take Rongan Property Co., Ltd. as An Example Abstract As we all know, China has made continuous gains in the market economy in recent years, and it can be found that Chinas real estate industry is growing year by year. Correspondingly, the price of most real estate and the market value of relevant real estate stocks are also growing, and Rongan real estate is also the same. Chinas economy shows an increasing trend, which depends on the contribution of various real estate listed companies, but during this period, some potential risks accumulated in the process of real estate development are worthy of attention. Each enterprise and our government should pay attention to and effectively solve the situation in time. Whether the behavior of the real estate industry in China can be effectively controlled and whether the real estate industry can develop stably in the future is worth the cooperation of the listed companies and the government. In this paper, by analyzing the debt paying ability of Rongan Real Estate Co., Ltd., we can find out what measures related to debt paying ability can improve the development of Rongan Real Estate Co., Ltd., so as to take relevant measures against the analysis conclusion, and finally make Rongan Real Estate Co., Ltd. develop steadily, and also make the social and economic development be catalyzed.
