安宁疗护在晚期肺癌患者中的研究进展 1.黑龙江省哈尔滨市黑龙江省医院护理部 黑龙江哈尔滨 150036 2.黑龙江省牡丹江市牡丹江医学院护理学院 黑龙江牡丹江 157011 摘要 文章综述了晚期肺癌患者安宁疗护的研究进展，以期为晚期肺癌患者 安宁疗护的发展提供参考。在国外，安宁疗护起步早，发展迅速，能够有效提高 临终患者的生命质量和死亡质量，帮助患者舒适、安详、有尊严的离去；而在我 国，安宁疗护起步晚，发展缓慢，再加上人口老龄化的加剧、疾病谱和死亡顺位 的变化，面临着很大的安宁疗护社会需求。肺癌是我国及世界范围内发病率和病 死率最高的恶性肿瘤之一，晚期肺癌患者因为癌性疼痛、经济压力、死亡恐惧等 一系列问题，常难以做到善终，而安宁疗护能明显改善患者的负性情绪和生活质 量，提高患者的就医满意度。因此对晚期肺癌患者实行安宁疗护是有必要的。 关键词 安宁疗护；晚期；肺癌；生存质量；研究进展 Research progress of hospice care in patients with advanced lung cancer Abstract This paper su arizes the research progress of hospice care for patients with advanced lung cancer, in order to provide reference for the development of hospice care for patients with advanced lung cancer. In foreign countries, hospice care started early and developed rapidly, which can effectively improve the quality of life and death of dying patients, and help patients leave comfortably, peacefully and with dignity; In China, hospice care started late and developed slowly. Coupled with the aggravation of population aging and the changes of disease spectrum and death order, it is facing great [1] social needs for hospice care. Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the highest incidence rate and mortality in China and the world. Patients with advanced lung cancer often have difficulties in ending well because of a series of problems such as cancer pain, economic pressure, fear of death and so on. Hospice care can significantly improve patients negative emotions and quality of life, and improve patients satisfaction with medical treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to implement hospice care for patients with advanced lung cancer.
