The disease is complicated, has a long course, and is difficult to treat. This paper aims to explore the clinical treatment methods of tuberculous anal fistula.Firstly, this paper will introduce the etiology, epidemiology and pathophysiology of tuberculous anal fistula. Secondly, this paper will elaborate on the common treatment methods used in clinical practice, such as surgical treatment, anti-tuberculosis treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and explore the advantages and disadvantages of these treatment methods.
