摘 要 在金融行业中，风险管理是至关重要的一个环节，尤其是在商业银行的运作过程 中，风险管理几乎涉及到各个方面。作为完善商业银行管理机制的重要组成部分，风 险管理的策略关系到商业银行自身发展的好坏，同时也关系到我国金融业的健康发展。 但是，随着全球经济一体化的逐步加深，我国银行业面临的金融环境更加复杂，使得 商业银行在风险管理上面临着越来越大的挑战，因此，我国的商业银行如何在风险管 理方面制定比较完善的策略，成为了银行业面临的重要课题之一。本文从风险管理的 基础理论出发，以我国民营商业银行浦发银行为研究对象，分析了浦发银行风险管理 现有的策略，在此基础上从商业银行主要存在的风险因素角度对浦发银行风险管理的 问题进行分析，最后针对浦发银行实际，提出了优化风险管理的对策。 关键词： 风险管理 浦发银行 策略 I Abstract In the financial sector, risk management is a vital part, especially in the course of the operation of commercial banks, risk management, involves almost all aspects. Improve the commercial banks as an important component of management, risk management strategies related to the development of quality commercial bank itself, but also related to the healthy development of Chinas financial industry. However, with the gradual deepening of global economic integration, Chinas banking industry is facing more complex financial environment, making the commercial banks in risk management faces increasing challenges, therefore, how Chinas commercial banks to develop risk management more complete strategy, has become one of the important issues facing the banking industry. From the basic theory of risk management to the private commercial banks in China Bank of China as the research object, analyzes the existing Chinese banks risk management strategy, from commercial banks on the basis of risk factors mainly the perspective of risk management in Pu Fa Bank problem analysis, and finally for Pu Fa Bank actually proposed to optimize risk management solutions.
