Due to the work changes of the owners themselves or other objective factors, the scale of stray animal groups is expanding year by year, and the relevant departments lack professional treatment institutions. Most of them are folk pet lovers who spontaneously rescue and treat stray animals, Moreover, the transmission and release of relevant information are mainly based on platforms such as circle of friends or post bar. The timeliness of information is poor and the area covered by information is also very limited. In order to promote the better rescue of stray animals, it is very important to apply information technology and Internet to the rescue business of stray animals. This paper takes stray animals as the core, focuses on rescue and maintenance as the main content, and uses ASP Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, c# and other technologies to develop a stray animal rescue website in visual studio with SQL Server database. The whole website has rich functions and simple operation. It can realize the functions of news information, registration and login, rescue list and so on. It is an important embodiment of the integrated development of stray animal rescue public welfare behavior and the Internet, It is also hoped that this can promote the stray animal groups to get better assistance and assistance.
