Foreign service industry, especially in economically developed countries, has entered the stage of economic development dominated by the service sector. The most representative country is the United States, in which service industry accounted for the proportion of GDP has amounted to about 80%, the employment accounted for the proportion of the total employed population is approximately four fifths, service industry become an important force to promote economic growth in the United States. Thus, it can be expected that along with the rapid development of economy in our country, the proportion of service industry in the national economy of our country will be increased year by year, and become more attention. Therefore, understand cost control of the service enterprise becomes important and meaningful. This paper intends to analyze the status and improvement process of the cost control of service enterprises, and to find a suitable method for the cost control of service enterprises in our country.
