提高我国金融业从业人员素质问题研究  论文 提高我国金融业从业人员素质问题研究 摘要 随着我国金融业的快速发展，金融业的从业人员数量不断增加，但其素质却存在一定的问题。一方面，我国金融业从业人员普遍学历不高，工作经验短，专业素养不足；另一方面，金融业的快速发展对从业人员的素质提出了更高的要求。因此，提高金融业从业人员的素质就成为了当前亟待解决的问题。本文就我国金融业从业人员素质问题进行了深入探讨，并提出了一系列改进的建议。 关键词：金融业从业人员；素质；提高；建议 Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas financial industry, the number of financial industry employees continues to increase, but their quality still exists certain problems. On the one hand, the education level of Chinas financial industry employees is generally low, work experience is short, and professional literacy is insufficient. On the other h
