疏肝散结方治疗肝气郁结型结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效观察的开题报告 【摘要】 目的：探讨疏肝散结方治疗肝气郁结型结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。 方法：选取2019年1月至2020年12月在我院诊疗的50例肝气郁结型结节性甲状腺肿患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。两组均用甲状腺素替代治疗，治疗组加用疏肝散结方，对照组给予安慰剂。比较两组患者甲状腺功能、甲状腺结节大小及形态、临床症状等指标的变化。 结果：治疗组患者的甲状腺功能恢复时间短，甲状腺结节大小及形态有所改善，临床症状显著减轻，总有效率为96%；对照组患者甲状腺功能恢复时间较长，甲状腺结节大小及形态变化不明显，临床症状减轻较缓，总有效率为68%。两组差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论：疏肝散结方治疗肝气郁结型结节性甲状腺肿具有一定的临床疗效，可以缩短恢复时间、改善甲状腺结节形态，减轻临床症状，提高治疗成功率，值得推广应用。 【关键词】 疏肝散结方；肝气郁结型；结节性甲状腺肿；临床疗效；甲状腺功能 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Sanjie formula in the treatment of liver depression and stasis type nodular goiter. Methods: Fifty patients with liver depression and stasis type nodular goiter treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 25 cases each. Both groups were treated with thyroid hormone replacement therapy, and the treatment group was added with Shugan Sanjie formula, while the control group was given placebo. The changes of thyroid function, thyroid nodule size and shape, clinical symptoms and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results: The recovery time of thyroid function in the treatment group was shorter, the size and shape of thyroid nodules were improved, and the clinical symptoms were significantly reduced, with a total effective rate of 96%. The recovery time of thyroid function in the control group was longer, and the changes of thyroid nodule size and shape were not obvious, and the clinical symptoms were slightly relieved, with a total effective rate of 68%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Shugan Sanjie formula has certain clinical efficacy in the treatment of liver depression and stasis type nodular goiter, which can shorten the recovery time, improve the shape of thyroid nodules, relieve clinical symptoms, and improve the success rate of treatment, and it is worth promoting and applying. 【Key words】 Shugan Sanjie formula；Live
