大型城市全业务接入光缆网规划研究 陈孟奇 【摘 要】随着全业务运营的竞争，原有移动运营商逐步向全业务运营转型，在拓展业务过程中，接入层光缆网络资源储备是否丰富成为一个重要因素，本文将以中国移动通信集团某地市为例，探讨研究大型城市全业务接入光缆网的规划思路。%The traditional mobile operator was forced transforming into full-service operations under the competition. During the expanding of varied services, the fiber resources reservation in access layer become the key factor.
