发光菌急性毒性测试方法的完善及其在工业废水水质监督与管理中的应用研究的中期报告 【摘要】 发光菌急性毒性测试是广泛应用于工业废水水质监督与管理领域的重要方法之一。本研究以发光菌急性毒性测试为研究对象，通过对常用的发光菌急性毒性测试方法进行改进，完善了测试方法的可靠性和重复性，并且对测定结果进行了准确性评估。此外，本研究通过实验验证了该方法在工业废水水质监督与管理中的应用价值，并提出了相应的管理意见和建议。研究结果表明，本研究所提出的发光菌急性毒性测试方法可有效提高工业废水水质监督与管理的准确性和可靠性，推进工业废水的治理和环境保护工作。 【关键词】 发光菌急性毒性测试方法；工业废水；水质监督与管理；环境保护 【Abstract】 The acute toxicity test of luminescent bacteria is an important method widely used in the field of industrial wastewater quality supervision and management. In this study, we improved the reliability and repeatability of the commonly used luminescent bacteria acute toxicity test methods, and evaluated the accuracy of the test results. In addition, this study verified the application value of this method in the supervision and management of industrial wastewater, and proposed corresponding management opinions and suggestions. The results showed that the luminescent bacteria acute toxicity test method proposed in this study can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of industrial wastewater supervision and management, and promote the treatment of industrial wastewater and environmental protection work. 【Keywords】 Luminescent bacteria acute toxicity test method; industrial wastewater; water quality supervision and management; environmental protection
