农业技术示范辐射推广模式研究——以河北省粮食丰产工程为例的中期报告 摘要： 本研究目的是以河北省粮食丰产工程为例，探究农业技术示范辐射推广模式的理论及实践意义。本研究采用案例研究方法，通过对河北省九台粮油公司的调查，对该公司的辐射推广模式进行分析和总结。 研究发现，九台粮油公司在农业技术示范辐射推广方面采取了一系列有效的措施，包括建立科学的示范区，采用培训、技术咨询和农民参观学习的方式，建立联合体、合作社等组织形式，以及全方位的服务等。这些措施有效地提高了农民的生产技能和意识，促进了农业技术的进步和发展，推动了乡村经济的发展和社会各方的共同发展。 得出的结论是，通过建立科学的示范区、采用多种方式和组织形式、提高服务质量等措施，可以有效地推广农业技术。本研究还提出了一些建议，包括增强政府的引导和监管，加强与相关部门的合作和沟通，建立健全的评估体系等，以进一步提高农业技术示范辐射推广的效果。 关键词：农业技术示范；辐射推广；河北省粮食丰产工程；九台粮油公司 Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the theoretical and practical significance of agricultural technology demonstration and radiation promotion model, taking the Hebei Grain Yield Engineering Project as an example. This study adopts the case study method, analyzes and summarizes the radiation promotion model of Jiutai Grain and Oil Company in Hebei Province through investigation. The study found that Jiutai Grain and Oil Company has taken a series of effective measures in the radiation promotion of agricultural technology demonstration, including establishing scientific demonstration areas, using training, technical consultation, and farmer visits and learning methods, establishing joint organizations such as cooperatives, and providing comprehensive services. These measures have effectively improved farmers production skills, promoted the progress and development of agricultural technology, promoted rural economic development, and the common development of various sectors of society. The conclusion is that by establishing scientific demonstration areas, adopting various methods and organizational forms, improving service quality and providing professional technical guidance, the promotion of agricultural technology can be effectively promoted.
