PAGE 毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要 摘要：20世纪80年代至今，电子政务的建设已经有了初步的成果，许多地方政府部门基本上都建立了相应的配套设施。我国的电子政务建设在有了这些基础之后，开始进入一个非常关键的时期，即从基础建设到全面应用的深刻变革时期。本文在参考了国内外众多相关文献资料的基础上，总结了电子政务领域里国内外知名学者的精华，对电子政务的内涵及其在国内外的发展历程、电子政务对行政管理的影响展开了总结和论述，并对存在的问题提出具体建议。 关键词 电子政务 行政管理 网络 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要 Title The development of e-government and its influence on administration Abstract Since the 1980s， the construction of e-government has achieved preliminary results， and many local government departments have basically established corresponding supporting facilities. With these foundations， my countrys e-government construction begins to enter a very critical period， that is， a period of profound change from basic construction to comprehensive application. On the basis of referring to a large number of relevant documents at home and abroad， this paper summarizes the essence of famous scholars at home and abroad in the field of e-government.
