OPERATION MANUAL FOR DH-KS-200MK l. DESCRIPTION DH­KS is a newly developed dehydrator which can remove water from oil. 2. SPECIFICATION AC200V 50/60Hz 220V 60Hz POWER SOURCE 3Phase PUMP 0.72/0.86L/min 50/60Hz DIMENSION 300(W) × 200(L) × 640(H) WEIGHT 24 ㎏ The following two types of ELEMENT: elements are necessary. (1) K­50 (water coalescing) 1 pc/set (2) S2-25(water separating) 1 pc/set 3. APPLICATION DH­KS is applicable to hydraulic oils contaminated by water or emulsion type cutting coolant under following condition. Temperature Below 60 ℃ Viscosity Below 60 ㎟/s In any case this dehydrator cannot remove water from oil with dispersant detergent. 4. CONSTRUCTION DH­KS is composed of the following 3 components and other parts. A. The coalescing cylinder contains K­50 element which coalesces emulsified water particles. B. The separating cylinder. contains S2-25 element which separates and settles coalesced water particles. C. Pump and control part. 5. PREPARATION 5­1. Confirm that the two types of element are set in both cylinders. 5­2. Connect the hose to the suction joint(ⅠorⅡ) and the delivery joint. 5­3. Put other ends of hoses into hydraulic oil reservoir. 5-4. Connect electric wire to power source. Push the ON/OFF switch and confirm pump is drawing. If you feel the pump is drawing, the wiring is connected in good order. If you feel the pump is blowing the air, rearrange connection of the terminal wiring to be in good order. 6. OPERATION 6­1. After confirmation of the following items, push the ON/OFF switch. (1) Power source is suitable (2) Valve operation (3)
