微针疗法联合PRP治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效分析

目的：探讨微针联合富血小板血浆（Platelet-richPlasma，PRP）在治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕中的临床应用及疗效评价。方法：选取2014年5月-2017年10月笔者科室就诊的57例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者，其中27例接受微针联合RPR治疗，15例接受单纯微针治疗，另外15例接受单纯RPR治疗。微针联合RPR治疗组，先行微针治疗瘢痕区，后涂抹PRP于治疗区；单纯微针治疗组予以瘢痕处单纯微针治疗；单纯RPR组予以瘢痕处直接涂抹RPR。三组治疗均1个月1次，6次为1个疗程，分别在治疗3次后、6次后和疗程结束后3个月对患者的瘢痕治疗效果进行评估。结果：与单纯微针治疗和单纯RPR治疗组相比，27例接受微针联合RPR治疗患者面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕得到明显改善，随着治疗次数的增多，总有效率越高。结论：微针疗法联合PRP治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕，辅以规范的术后护理，效果确切，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveToexploretheclinicalapplicationandtherapeuticevaluationofmicroacupuncturecombinedwithPlatelet-richPlasma（PRP）inthetreatmentofacnedepressionscar.MethodsAtotalof57patientswereselectedfromMay2014toOctober2017.27patientsreceivedmicroacupunctureandRPRtreatment，15patientsreceivedmicroacupuncturetreatment，and15patientsreceivedRPRtreatment.ThemicroacupunctureandRPRtreatmentgroupwerefirstlytreatedwithmicroacupunctureandthenPRPwereusedtothetreatmentarea.Inthemicroacupuncturetreatmentgroup，thescarwastreatedwithmicroacupunctureonly.TheRPRtreatmentwasappliedtothescarsintheRPRgroup.Alltheabovetreatmentswereperformedonceamonthwith6timesasacourse，andtheeffectoftreatmentwasevaluatedafter3timesoftreatment，6timesaftertreatmentand3monthsaftertheendoftreatment.Results27patientsweretreatedwithmicroacupunctureandRPRhadaappearanceimprovementoftheacnescar.Besides，themoretimesoftreatmentwerereceived，thehighertotaleffectiveratewoundbecomparedwithmicroacupuncturetreatmentandRPRtreatmentrespectively.ConclusionMicroacupuncturecombinedwithPRPiseffectiveinthetreatmentofacnescarwithnormativenursingcareafteroperation，anditisworthyofclinicalpromotionandapplication.
