海绵拉力剂DP-1022

产品说明

海绵拉力剂DP-1022是一种多官能度的反应型添加剂，可有效地应用于许多聚氨酯泡沫配方中，以增强海绵的拉伸性能，撕裂强度等物性。在传统的大块泡沫中，该稳定剂可以防止泡沫在中、低密度配方中易开裂的现象。而且，它还可以帮助降低异氰酸酯指数，并减少所需辅助发泡剂的用量。

主要特性及优点

在用量为0.5-1.5份时，海绵拉力剂DP-1022提供优质的发泡工艺和气泡稳定性，配方只需要调节少量的催化剂（建议减少5-10%的辛酸ya锡）

在大块软泡配方中还能够部分或者全部代替辅助发泡剂

在1-2份用量下，DP-1022提供的工艺性能，可以使传统的大块泡绵的TDI指

数控制在95-100范围内

在TDI指数为95时制造的泡绵，可以比TDI指数为100时所制造泡绵的硬度

（25%IFD）减少50％。在TDI指数为95-100时，泡绵的物理性能和很多传统的TDI指数时所制成的泡绵是相似的

TDI指数在105-110这个范围时，DP-1022不能改变泡绵的工艺性能，但可以

改善泡沫的一些物理性能。
