Financeleases,afterdecadesofdevelopment,graduallybecomematureandbecomeamajormodeoffinancingintoday'sworld.Howtointegratefinanceleaseintotheprocessofprojectfinancing,toprovideasimpleandconvenientformoffinancingforprojectfinancing,andtohaveabeneficialimpactonthefutureearningsoftheproject,itisanimportantpartoffinancialanalysisofprojectfinanceleases.Inchina,thedevelopmentofprojectfinanceleasesarehighlyconcernedbythegovernment,whoseprospectsfordevelopmentisobviouslybright.However,asfarasthecurrentdomesticeconomicsituationandthedegreeofperfectionofrelevantlaws,projectfinanceleaseisstillinasuppressedstate.China'sTaxpolicy,comparedtomoredevelopedcountries`taxlawandtaxationmechanismsonprojectfinanceleases,wheretherearestillquitedifferences,weakensthefunctionoftaxdeductionofprojectfinanceleasegreatly.Projectfinanceleasesarestillinthepromotionphase,whichwereshowedinthefinancialleasingcompaniesarelesswillingtofinanceleaseprojectsandtheconditionsarestrictlylimited.Thepaper,focusingontheprojectfinanceleases,usingtheprojectnetcashflowmethod,comparingontheborrowmoneytopurchaseequipmentwithfinanceleasingforequipment,wishestogivesomehelpandsuggestionsaboutwhethertochooseafinanceleasefinancing.
