Abstract:China'slogisticsindustryhasjuststarted,third-partylogisticsandotheraspectsofthetheoryandpracticearerelativelyweak.ThepaperpointsouttheproblemsoftheThirdPartyLogisticsisthegapbetweendomesticandinternationalthirdpartylogistics,logisticsefficiencyisnothigh,thelackofsystematicmanagement,andlogisticsplatformtobuildlagbehindtheconceptoflogisticsmanagement,andsoon.Analyzedthecausesofsuchproblemsarisingandproposedleanlogistics,smallandmediumenterprisevaluechainalliancesthirdpartylogistics,largethird-partylogisticscompaniessuchasvirtualizationstrategychoiceofthreethird-partylogisticsenterprisedevelopmentstrategies.

Foralongtime,China'sdomesticenterprisesprocurement,transportation,warehousing,agents,packaging,processing,distributionandotheraspectsofcontrolisnotstrong,inthe"Procurementblackhole","Logisticstrap"inthewasteisdifficulttocalculatelosses.Therefore,third-partylogisticsresearch,theoveralleffectivenessinpromotingtheimprovementofChina'seconomyhasaveryimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Thisarticleattemptstomypolicyofthreelogisticsproblemsandanalysisofthecausesofandproposeseveralpossiblethird-partylogisticsstrategicchoice.
