福耀集团财务报表分析

摘要

对企业的财务报表分析就是对企业内部的资产负债表、利润表以及现金流量表进行分析。财务报表分析能够使企业更加了解企业自身发展所存在的优点与缺点，从而更好地扬长避短。对具体的财务指标的分析，也能够更加具体的了解企业现状，了解企业的盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力和发展能力。从而使企业自身能更好的发掘潜力，避免短板；也能增加投资者对企业的信心，从而树立健康伟大的企业形象。本文选择福耀玻璃工业集团股份有限公司的财务报表作为研究对象，对福耀集团近三年的财务报表进行分析。同时参考我国玻璃制造业的行业特点与发展历程，并且结合所学专业理论知识和方法，进一步分析和评价福耀集团近几年的财务状况。从对福耀集团盈利能力分析、营运分析、偿债能力分析和发展能力分析中发现福耀目前存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出具体的解决措施和建议。

Abstract

FinancialStatementAnalysisreferstothecorporatebalancesheet,incomestatementandcashflowstatementforanalysis.Financialstatementanalysisenablescompaniestobetterunderstandtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesoftheexistenceoftheirowndevelopment,soastobetteravoidweaknesses.Analysisoffinancialindicators,butalsotoamorespecificunderstandingofthecorporatestatusquo,tounderstandprofitability,operations,solvencyanddevelopmentcapability.Sothatenterprisescanbetterexploretheirownpotential,toavoidshortboard,alsoincreaseinvestors'confidenceintheenterprise,andthusestablishahealthygreatcorporateimage.SelectthefinancialstatementshereinFuyaoGlassIndustryGroupastheresearchobject,FuyaoGroupfinancialstatementsforthepastthreeyearswereanalyzed.AlsorefertotheindustrycharacteristicsanddevelopmentprocessofChina'sglassindustry,andprofessionalknowledgeandlearningmethodscombinedwithfurtheranalysisandevaluationofFuyaoGroup'sfinancialpositioninrecentyears.FromtheanalysisofFuyaoGroupprofitability,operationalanalysis,solvencyanalysisanddevelopmentcapacityanalysisfoundFuyaoexistingproblemsandproposespecificmeasuresandrecommendationsforsolvingtheseproblems.
