试论厦门港港口物流发展策略

[摘要]在现代物流飞速发展的今天，对港口这个运输网络枢纽的要求越来越高，传统的中转功能已经满足不了现代物流发展的要求了，这要求港口充分发挥自身的枢纽作用，大力发展港口物流，由中转站的角色变换为能够促进对外贸易发展的国际航运枢纽。而这也正是厦门港的发展目标。但是，厦门港的港口物流的发展一直不尽如人意，这对厦门港实现其发展目标是一个极大的阻力。本文将基于厦门港港口物流发展现状，先对影响港口物流发展的因素，港口物流的功能和作用进行分析，再运用SWOT分析法对厦门港发展港口物流所具有的优势、劣势，机遇和挑战进行分析。最终在此基础上借鉴国内外发达港口的发展经验，从中得到能够促进厦门港港口物流发展的启示，并得出能够加快厦门港港口物流发展脚步的策略：加强基础设施的建设，提高信息化水平，搞好“区港联动”等。

[Abstract]Intherapiddevelopmentofmodernlogisticstoday,therequirementforthefunctionofthehubofthetransportationnetworkisgettinghigherandhigher.Thetraditionaltransferfunctioncannotmeettherequirementsofthedevelopmentofmodernlogistics,thisrequirestheportneedstodeveloptheportlogistics,givefullplaytotheroleofitshub,theroleoftransformationbythetransferstationtobeabletopromotethedevelopmentofforeigntradeininternationalshippinghub.AndthisispreciselythedevelopmentgoalsofXiamenport.However,theportofXiamenportlogisticsdevelopmenthasbeenunsatisfactory;theimplementationoftheXiamenportdevelopmentgoalsisagreatresistance.Thispaperwillbebasedonthereality,throughtheanalysisoftheportlogisticsdevelopmentfactors,thefunctionandfunctionoftheportlogistics,usingSWOTmodel,theauthormultianalyzesandappraisetheadvantagesanddisadvantages,opportunitiesandchallengesexistinthedevelopmentofXiamenportlogistics.Withreferencetothedevelopmentexperienceofthedomesticandforeignadvancedports,togetaenlightenmentfromthedevelopmentofXiamenportlogistics.SowecangetthestrategyofacceleratingthedevelopmentoflogisticsinXiamenport:strengtheningtheconstructionofinfrastructure，improvethelevelofinformation，doagoodjobindistrictandportlinkage,IhopetheconclusionofthispapercanpromotethedevelopmentofXiamenportlogistics。Thisisthepurposeof
