摘要

由于变电站是电力系统中直接为生产提供电源的一个重要环节，变电站监控系统的监

控和保护功能具有十分重要的意义。变电站自动化监控系统已成为一种必然趋势和发展方

向。

本文以东湖龙35kV地面变电站为背景，比较了各种组态工具软件的优缺点，分析了监

控组态软件的发展过程，列举了不同组态环境的优缺点，提出了一种简单的基于InTouch

软件的监控设计方案。

在InTouch基础上设计确定开发方案，列出监控系统的画面层次，具备变电站监控系

统的基本功能。在主界面上，能显示实时数据和信息，也可以对各种设备进行监控和操作。

当变电站发生故障，会弹出提示进行报警等。可以基本实现对整个变电站运行情况的监控。

最后，对本论文论述的这套系统做了总结和展望。

ABSTRACT

Becauseofasubstationisanimportantpartofthepowersystem,whichprovidespower

directlyfortheproductioninpowersystem,sothefunctionsofmonitoringandprotectionofthe

substationsupervisoryandcontrolsystemareofgreatsignificance.Substationautomation

controlsystemhasbecomeaninevitabletrendanddevelopmentdirection.

Thispapercomparestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesoftheconfigurationsoftwareonthe

basisof35kVgroundsubstation,introducesthehistoryofmonitoringandcontrolling

configurationsoftware,liststheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofdifferentconfiguration

environment,thenprovidesasimpledesignofthemonitoringsolutionbasedonInTouch

software.

OnthebasisoftheInTouch,wedesignthedevelopmentplan,listthemonitoringsystem,

andpossessthebasicfunctionsofasubstationsupervisoryandcontrolsystem.Inthemain

monitoringpicture,itcanshowreal-timesystemdataandinformation,alsocanfacilitatethe

monitoringandcontrolofvariousequipmentandoperation.Inthehappeningofasystemtrouble,

theincidentwarningwindowwillpopup,ect.Itcanbasicallyrealizethemonitoringofoperation

oftheentiresubstationsystem.

Finally,itreviewstheprojectsandputforwardtheprospectofthenextjob.
