项目二期工程中的CFG桩监理实施细则。该工程由XXX投

资建设，拟建XXX，基础形式为独立基础。为了满足设计要

求，需要对建筑物进行地基加固处理，采用CFG桩复合地基

法，以含粉质粘土圆砾层作为桩端持力层，以此复合地基为基

础持力层。要求处理后桩间土承载力达到100kpa。根据勘察

报告，拟建场地基底以下地层大面积分布有杂填土，必须进行

压实处理。本文依据监理规划、地基加固方案及施工组织设计、

岩土工程勘察报告、基础平面布置图、建筑地基基础工程施工

质量验收规范、建筑地基处理技术规范等编制而成。CFG桩

具有承载力强、抗震性好、施工方便等特点。
