1.SCOPEOFWORK

1.1.GeneralThepurposeofthisPackagingSpecificationistoensureasafe,

environmentallyfriendlyandefficientprocessforloading,unloading,internal

transport,storageandhandlingofthematerials.

Thatistopreventanykindofdamagestothedirectmaterialsduringthese

processesandtoensureundisturbeddeliverytoSiemensWindPower.

ThisspecificationalongwithAnnex7(FORM23833,LogisticsforDirect

Material)tothevalidSiemensPurchasingAgreementconstitutesthecomplete

setofdemandsregardingpackaginganddeliveryoftheabovementioned

directmaterial(s).IftherearediscrepancybetweenAnnex7andthis

specificationtherequirementsinthisspecificationtakesprecedence.

1.2.ResponsibilityThesupplierisrequiredtoprovideasolutionproposalforthepackagingwhich

meetstherequirementsdescribedinthisspecificationandAnnex7.
