Abstract】ObjectiveToobservetheclinicalefficacyonchronicobstructivepulmonarydisease

(COPD)instablephasetreatedwithpointapplicationofKeChuanSan.Methods120casesofCOPDin

stablephaseweredividedintotwogroupsrandomly,namedcontrolgroupandpointapplicationofKeChuan

Sangroup(pointapplicationgroup),60casesineachone.Incontrolgroup,correspondingsymptomaticsup-

portbasictherapywasapplied.Intreamtentgroup,pointapplicationofKeChuanSangroupwasgivenbesides

basictherapyascontrolgroup.ItwastoobserveintegralchangeofsyndromesinChinesemedicinebeforeand

aftertreatmen,tpumlonaryventilationfunction[Forcedvitalcapacity(FVC),forceexpiratoryvolumeinthe

firstsecond(FEV1)andFEV1/FVC],andfrequencyofacuteattackin1yearaftertreatmen.tResultsThe

totaleffectiveratewas53.33%incontrolgroupandwas86.76%inpointapplicationgroup,indicatingsig-

nificantdifferenceincomparison(P0.05).Itwasdiscoveredthatthetherapyinpointapplicationgroupmi-

provedintegralefficacyonsyndromesinChinesemedicineforthepatientofCOPDinstablephase,reduced

thefrequencyofacuteattackin1yearsandincreasedFVCandFEV1levelsinpulmonaryfunction,which

wassuperiortothoseincontrolgroup(P0.05).ConclusionPointApplicationofKeChuanSanhassig-

nificantclinicalefficacyonCOPDinstablephase.Italleviatesthesymptomsapparently,reducesfrequencyof
