1.从事加水作业前，供水方应向主管机关提出在码头或港区水域内供受水作

业申请，经批准后方可进行作业。Beforeengaginginwateradding

operations,thewatersuppliershouldsubmitaproposaltothe

competentauthorityforsupplyingandreceivingwaterinthewharf

orportwaters.Applicationforworkcanonlybecarriedoutafter

Approval。

2.双方相关确认：Bothpartiesconfirm:

2.1加水的数量、水舱、连接管路及连接位置。

Theamountofwatertobeadded,thewatertank,theconnectingpipes

andtheconnectionlocations.

2.2确定初始供水时的水泵压力及正常供水时水泵的最大压力。

Determinethewaterpumppressureduringinitialwatersupplyandthe

maximumpressureofthewaterpumpduringnormalwatersupply。

2.3确保在作业过程中双方通讯保持畅通。

Ensurethatcommunicationbetweenbothpartiesremainsopenduring

theoperation。

3.批准作业后、开始连接加水口与船舶接头。

Aftertheoperationisapproved,startconnectingthewaterfillingport

andtheshipconnector。

4.开启上水井栓盖板时需多人同时操作，避免砸伤、盖板开启后现场应设立警

戒线、警示牌、防止掉落。

5.检查两端连接口是否牢固、如无问题后开启双水井栓内截止阀。

problem,openthestopvalveinsidethedoublewellplug。

6.开启上水井栓管牙接口闷盖和开启阀门时注意闷盖及工具掉落。

Whenopeningtheplugcapofthewellplugpipetoothinterfaceand

openingthevalve,becarefulthatthecapandtoolsfalloff。

7.现场准备就绪后通知供水方、如无待办项、开始启泵、送水。

Whenthesiteisready,notifythewatersupplier.Iftherearenoto-do

items,startpumpinganddeliverwater。

8.开始作业时泵压应低于安全工作压力，在双方确认正常后，逐渐加到双

方可接受的安全工作负荷，值班人员应定时检查管线压力，发现异常应

立即通知对方、降低泵压，必要时停止加水，待查明原因后恢复正常工
