生鲜电商社区店选址研究

——以佛山桂城街道翠颐社区为例

【摘要】随着电子商务的高速发展和人们生活水平的逐步提高，人们对服务也有了新的要求。生鲜产品作为日常高频所需，具有强大的市场，吸引着众多的资本家的投资，但是，消费者无法感知生鲜产品的质量，体验感差；另外，从仓库到用户家全程的冷链运输，冷冻成本和运输成本高，因此线下店应运而生，缓解末端配送困难和提高客户体验感，而社区店模式就是近年来生鲜行业积极布局的新业态，因此，本文以生鲜社社区店的选址问题为研究对象，以佛山市桂城街道翠颐社区为案例分析，建立重心法模型，得到目标位置，再根据目标位置实际情况，找到备选地点进行比较分析得到相对合理的方案。

[Abstract]Withtherapiddevelopmentofe-commerceandthegradualimprovementofpeopleslivingstandards,peoplealsohavenewrequirementsforservices.Asadailyhigh-frequencyrequirement,freshproducehasastrongmarketandattractsmanycapitalistsinvestments.However,consumerscannotperceivethequalityoffreshproduceandhaveapoorsenseofexperience;inaddition,thewholecoldchaintransportationfromthewarehousetotheusershomehashighfreezingcostandtransportationcost,soofflinestoreshaveemergedasthetimesrequire,alleviatingthedifficultyofterminaldistributionandimprovingthecustomerexperience.Inrecentyears,thecommunitystoremodeisanewbusinessformofthefreshfoodindustry,whichcanalleviatethedifficultyofterminaldistributionandimprovethecustomerexperience.Therefore,thisarticletakesthelocationselectionofFreshFoodE-commerceCommunityStoreastheresearchobject,andusestheCuiyiCommunityofGuichengStreet,FoshanCityasacasestudytoestablishagravitycentermodeltoobtainthetargetlocation.Then,accordingtotheactualsituationofthetargetlocation,findalternativelocationsComparativeanalysisresultsinarelativelyreasonableplan.
