石化企业碳达峰碳中和实施路径探讨

摘要：《2030年前碳达峰行动方案》提出，石化化工等重点行业实施节能降碳改造，提升能源资源

利用效率。与国际先进水平相比，中国炼厂有着较高的碳排放。为石化企业科学、经济地实现碳减排目

标，提出清洁原料替代、结构调整及运行优化、能效提升、电气化提升、新能源耦合、捕集回收、减少

加工损耗等实施路径和实施方案，对各方案的可行性和经济性进行简要分析。对于新规划设计的石化工程

项目，应从规划设计之初执行全厂能量系统优化。相关实施路径和建议方案可以为国内石化企业实施碳达

峰、碳中和提供有益的指导和参考，助力中国石化企业低成本履约和绿色低碳发展。

Abstract：The“ActionPlanforReachingCarbonDioxidePeakbefore2030”proposesthatkeyindustriessuchas

petrochemicalandchemicalindustrieswillupgradeconserveenergyandreducecarbonemissionstoimprovetheefficiencyof

energyandresourcesusing.Comparedwiththeinternationaladvancedlevel,Chineserefinerieshavehighercarbonemission

level.Thepaperproposestheimplementationpathsandplansofcleanrawmaterialsubstitution,structureadjustmentand

operationoptimization,energyefficiencyimprovement,electrificationimprovement,newenergycoupling,collectionand

recovery,andreductionofprocessinglosstoachievethecarbonemissionreductiontargetscientificallyandeconomically.It

alsobrieflyanalyzesthefeasibilityandeconomyofeachplan.Fornewlyplannedanddesignedpetrochemicalengineering

projects,energysystemoptimizationofthewholeplantshouldbeimplementedatthebeginningofplanninganddesign.These

implementationpathsandschemescanprovidehelpfulguidanceandreferencefordomesticpetrochemicalenterprisesto

implementcarbonpeakingandcarbonneutrality,andhelpChinesepetrochemicalenterprisestofulfilltheircommitmentsatlow

costanddevel
