2023ForeignTradeSalesContract

ThisSalesContractismadeandenteredintoon[Date],byandbetween[SellersName],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[SellersAddress],hereinafterreferredtoastheSeller,and[BuyersName],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[BuyersAddress],hereinafterreferredtoastheBuyer.

WhereastheSellerdesirestosellthegoodsasdescribedbelowandtheBuyerdesirestopurchasethesame,thepartiesherebyagreeasfollows:

1.Goods:TheSelleragreestosellandtheBuyeragreestopurchasethefollowinggoods:[DescriptionofGoods,Quantity,Quality,etc.]

2.Price:Thepriceofthegoodsshallbe[AmountinCurrency]per[UnitofMeasurement],foratotalpurchasepriceof[TotalAmountinCurrency].
