高低跨部位防水节点施工技术

摘要：在房建地下结构工程中，地下室相邻两侧深浅基础即高低跨是一种普遍的地下结构形式。结合实际工程，为解

决高低跨部位防水易渗漏的问题，通过施工方案优化设计，在高低跨接触部位预埋注浆管，预留注浆口顶盖，待高低

跨细部构造主体结构施工完成后发生渗漏时，进行注浆加固封闭，成功解决了高低跨部位防水渗漏问题。工程实践结

果表明，该施工方法简便可行，成本低，质量有保证，可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:Intheundergroundstructureengineeringofhousingconstruction,thedeepandshallowfoundationonboth

sidesofthebasementisacommonformofundergroundstructure.Combinedwiththeactualproject,inordertosolvethe

waterproofleakageproblemlocatedathighandlowspanparts,throughtheoptimizationdesignofconstructionscheme,

thegroutingpipesarepre-embeddedatthecontactpartsofhighandlowspan,andthetopcoverofgroutingportis

reserved,whentheleakageoccursaftercompletingtheconstructionofthemainstructureofthehighandlowspandetail

structure,thegroutingreinforcementandclosurearecarriedoutaccordingly,andthewaterproofleakageproblemofthe

highandlowerspanpartsissuccessfullysolved.Theresultsofengineeringpracticeshowthattheconstructionmethod

issimpleandfeasible,withlowcostandqualityassurance,whichcanprovidereferenceforsimilarprojects.
