摘要

在当今日趋严重的环境污染的形势下，为了解决一般水面垃圾的打捞问题，设计了一种水面垃圾自动打捞船。

为减小船的阻力，船体采用左右双体结构，船以蓄电池供电，分别驱动直流电动机和马达，马达驱动船的前进与转向，电动机通过减速器的减速后，分别通过带传动驱动打捞传送链和过渡链轮，打捞传送链把垃圾从水面运到垃圾储存仓，如果垃圾储存仓装满了后，可以用人工将其倒入船体中，而过渡链轮通过链传动驱动锥齿轮的主动轴，动力通过锥齿轮减速器驱动收集装置。从而完成垃圾的打捞，它的主要特点是能用左右收集轮双向伸缩回转，将垃圾集中到双船体的中间，运送机构再将垃圾从水面运到双船体的垃圾储存仓，垃圾储存仓将垃圾中的水排出，减少了垃圾的体积与重量，水面垃圾清理船结构设计合理，运行机动灵活，操作简单可靠，使用范围广，制作成本低，有着良好的应用前景和推广价值。

装置通过制作装配调试，完全能够顺利的完成水面垃圾自打捞作业。
