Inversion(倒装句)

倒装句分为两种：１、整个谓语在前的句子，叫完全倒装。Herecomesthebus.２、部分谓语（情态动词、助动词、系动词）位于主语之前,叫部分倒装句。NeverwillIvisitthisplaceagain.
全部倒装1.介词短语作状语置于句首或here,there,away,down,in,up,off,out,now,then,next,thus等副词开头的句子里，单一的谓语动词，主语是名词。Nowcomesyourturn.Outrushedthecrowd.※如果主语为代词,则主谓语序不变.Hereyouare.Outtheyrushed.2.直接引语的全部或一部分置于句首时“Help!”shoutedtheboy.※主语为代词时不倒装.“Let’sgo”hesaid.3.为了保证句子平衡,或为了使上下文紧密衔接时，或为了强调表语。Theyarrivedatafarmhouse,infrontofwhichsatasmallboy.InsidethePyramidsaretheburialroomsforthekingsandqueensandlongpassagestotheserooms.
部分倒装用于一般疑问句中.用于so,nor,neither开头的句子,表示重复前句的部分内容;原句的谓语应与前句谓语的时态、形式相一致.Ilikemusic;sodoesmysister.Idon’tlikemusic;neither/nordoesmysister.A:Todayitisveryhothere.B:So(Indeed)itis.A:Youworkhardandso(inthesameway)doI.B:So(Indeed)Ido.
3.Only+状语位于句首时.OnlyinthiswaycanyouhopetomakeprogressinEnglish.Onlywhenoneisawayfromhomedoesonerealizehownicehomeis.※only+主语/宾语时不倒装OnlyIrealizedthesignificanceofthedangerthen.Onlyhimtheteacherpraised.
4.在so…that…句型中，若so-phrase置于句首时。Sodifficultwasthemathematicsexaminourschoolthatmorethanahalfofthestudentsfailedtopassit.Socarelesslydidhedrivethathealmostkilledhimself.
5.hardly…when;nosooner…than;notuntil,notonly,never,not,nolonger,little,seldom,scarcely,barely,innotime,nowhere,bynomeans,innocase,等否定副词和连词位于句首时。Hardlyhadwearrivedhomewhenitbegantorain.Nosoonerhadwearrivedhomethanthephonerang.NotuntilIbegantostudydidIrealizehowmuchtimeIhadwasted.
6.在虚拟语气中，条件句中若有were,had或should，可将if省去，将were/should/had提到句首使用倒装句型。IfIwerenotinthisposition,IwoulddowhateverI’dliketo.7.用于as引导的让步状语从句中。Cleverasheis
