followingpictureshowsthemarkedpositionofthepressuretapandthecorrespondinggear.

Itcanbedetectedfromthecontrolvalveortransmission.Thethreadofthepressuretap

shouldbeZG1/8.Thegearpressureisrequiredtobegreaterthan1.2MPa(174psi).Ifthe

pressureislowerthanthisvalueafterdetection,itisthepressureoilleakage,whichleadsto

thefailureoftheclutchtoengagenormally,resultinginthefailureoftheforklifttotravel

normally.
