青藏高原生态环境问题研究

摘要：论述青藏高原生态环境现状和面临的严重问题，从人口、资源和环境角度阐述
导致高原严重生态环境问题的自然和社会根源。分析解决高原生态环境问题所面临的
巨大的自然和社会经济障碍，给出重新结识和评价高原资源优势的新视点，并提出适
合于高原自然和社会经济环境的优先产业。

Abstract：ThepaperanalysesthecharacteristicsofnatureenvironmentinthePlateauof
Qing-TibetandvaluesofenvironmentofthePlateauofQing-Tibetforprotecting
environmentofotherregionsoftheworld,especiallyforthearoundregions.Thequalityof
environmentofthePlateauofQing-TibetwillaffectnotonlythePlateauofQing-Tibetbut
alsoaroundregions.TheimprovementofenvironmentinthePlateauofQing-Tibetwill
bringnotonlyenvironmentalbenefittothePlateauofQing-Tibet,meanwhile,canalso
improvetheenvironmentofthearoundregions.Itisveryimportanttoprotectenvironment
ofthePlateauofQing-Tibetforimprovingenvironmentofthearoundregions.
Atpresent,thePlateauofQing-Tibetisconfrontingseriousenvironmentaldete
rioration,becauseoftherapidpopulationgrowth,lowleveloftheagriculturalproduction
andshortageoftheinvestmentfunds.Thepaperanalysestheobstructiontoresolvethe
problemsofenvironmentaldeteriorationintheaspectsofnatureandpopulationfactors.
TherehavebeenmanyplansandstepsforimprovingenvironmentinthePlateauofQing-
Tibet,buttheeffectsarelittle.Itisnecessarytoevaluatethemethodsandpoliciesof
protectingenvironmentinthePlateauofQing-Tibet.
Theauthorputsforwardthenewpointofviewtoestimatetheadvantageofnatural
resourcesandraisessuitableindustriesonthebasisofnaturalandsocialconditionsofthe
PlateauofQing-Tibet.
