风机简介

风机是由几大部件组合在一起的系统，主要有以下部件

Thegenerator 发电机

Thegeneratorisamulti-polepermanentmagnetgeneratorandisdirectlymountedtothehub.Themagnetstakecareoftherotorexcitation 励磁sonoexternalfieldexcitation外励磁场isneeded.Thisimpliesthatthegeneratorlossesreduceby25%comparedtoawoundrotorwithexternalfieldexcitation.Thestator,equippedwithcoolingfans,islocatedontheoutsideandiscooledbytheoutsideair.Thestatorwindings定子绕组arevacuum

发电机是一多极永磁发电机，直接安装在轮毂上。磁铁提供转子励磁，所以不需要外励磁场，与带外励磁场的绕线转子比较，发电机的损耗可降低25%。定子外部装有冷却风扇，由空气冷却。定子绕组用真空压力浸漆（VPI）。通过有经过过滤的干燥循环空气,保证了发电机内的温度均匀，当密封处稍有泄漏时，保证发电机的内部为正压，因此灰尘和盐雾不可能进入到发电机内。发电机的重量为49吨，外形尺寸为3.9m×2.0m。

主轴承是一特殊设计的大直径双列圆柱滚子轴承。非转动内环与发电机定子相连，转动外环安装在轮毂和发电机转子之间，轴承可承受轴向、径向、负荷以及弯矩。轴承配有一个全自动化的润滑系统，该系统由风机控制器监控。
