公路勘察设计中的环境保护问题研究

摘 要 伴随国内经济的高速发展，环保工作也日益受到人们的重视。在交通领域，相关专家与学者对公路建设给
环境造成的各方面影响与解决对策展开了深入的分析研究。对于发达国家而言，环境设计属于一项具有独立性的设
计工作，但是在国内，环境设计并未从公路勘测设计中脱离开来，通常是交给公路工程的专业人员负责落实。因
此，这就需要公路工程的勘察设计人员不仅能充分了解本专业知识，并且也要做到熟悉环保有关的知识，方可保障
设计方案的环保效益。本文基于环境保护的角度，结合实际案例分析了怎样落实公路工程的勘察设计任务。

AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofdomesticeconomy,environmentalprotectionworkisalsoincreasinglyvaluedby
people’sattention.Inthefieldoftransportation,relevantexpertsandscholarshavecarriedoutin-depthanalysisandresearch
ontheimpactofhighwayconstructionontheenvironmentandthesolutions.Fordevelopedcountries,environmentaldesign
isanindependentdesignwork,butinChina,environmentaldesignisnotseparatedfromthehighwaysurveyanddesign,itis
usuallytheresponsibilityofthehighwayengineeringprofessionalsfortheimplementation.Therefore,thisrequiresthatthe
surveyanddesignpersonnelofhighwayengineeringcannotonlyfullyunderstandtheprofessionalknowledge,butalsobe
familiarwiththeknowledgeofenvironmentalprotection,soastoensuretheenvironmentalbenefitsofthedesignscheme.
Basedontheperspectiveofenvironmentalprotection,thispaperanalyzeshowtoimplementthesurveyanddesigntaskof
highwayengineeringincombinationwithactualcases.
