1.scopeofwork

1.1thecontractoragreestoinstallaboilerattheclientspremiseslocatedat[insertaddress](thepremises)inaccordancewiththespecificationssetforthintheattachedschedulea(theboilerspecifications).

2.payment

2.1theclientagreestopaythecontractorthetotalinstallationfeesetforthintheattachedschedulea(theinstallationfee).

2.2theclientshallmakethefollowingpaymentstothecontractor:

(a)[insertpercentage]oftheinstallationfeeasanonrefundabledeposituponexecutionofthisagreement;

(c)thebalanceoftheinstallationfeeuponthefinalacceptanceoftheboilertheclient.

3.termsandconditions

3.1theinstallationshallbeperformedinaccordancewithallapplicablelaws,regulationsandstandards,includingbutnotlimitedtothenationalfireprotectionassociation(nfpa)standardsandtheamericansocietyofmechanicalengineers(asmeb31)s.

3.2thecontractorshallberesponsibleforobtainingallnecessarypermitsandapprovalsrequiredfortheinstallationoftheboiler.

3.3thecontractorshallindemnifyandholdharmlesstheclientfromanyandallclaims,damages,lossesandexpenses(includingattorneysfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeinstallationoftheboiler,excepttotheextentsuchclaims,damages,lossesandexpensesaredirectlycausedtheclientsfaultornegligence.

3.4theclientshallcooperatewiththecontractorinconnectionwiththeinstallation,includingbutnotlimitedtoprovidingnecessaryaccesstothepremises,utilitiesandotherservicesasrequiredthecontractor.
