LandLeaseAgreement
ThisLandLeaseAgreement(theAgreement)isenteredintoonthis__dayof__,20__,byandbetween[LandlordsName],withamailingaddressof[LandlordsAddress](hereinafterreferredtoastheLandlord),and[TenantsName],withamailingaddressof[TenantsAddress](hereinafterreferredtoastheTenant).
1.LeaseofLand:
TheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantherebyleasesfromtheLandlord,thefollowingrealpropertylocatedat[PropertyAddress](theProperty)forthepurposeof[PurposeofLease].
2.Term:
ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[TermofLease]months,unlessearlierterminatedperthetermsofthisAgreement.
3.Rent:
TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordarentof[RentAmount]permonth,payableonthe[DueDate]ofeachmonth.Thefirstmonthsrentshallbedueon[StartDate]andsubsequentrentpaymentsshallbedueonthesamedayofeachmonththereafter.
4.UseofProperty:
TheTenantshallusethePropertysolelyforthepurposeof[PurposeofLease]andshallnotusethePropertyforanyotherpurposewithoutthewrittenconsentoftheLandlord.
5.MaintenanceandRepairs:
TheTenantshallberesponsibleformaintainingthePropertyingoodconditionandshallmakeanyrepairsnecessarytokeepthePropertyinproperworkingorder.
6.Termination:
ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartywithawrittennoticeofterminationgiventotheotherpartyatleast[NoticePeriod]dayspriortotheintendedterminationdate.
7.Default:
IftheTenantfailstopayrentorbreachesanyothertermofthisAgreement,theLandlordmayterminatethisAgreementbygivingwrittennoticetotheTenantandmaypursueanylegalremediesavailabletoitunderthelaw.
8.GoverningLaw:
ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelaws
