中国互联网金融发展及模式研究

摘要：中国互联网金融的产生和发展相比较晚，但是发展速度极快。2013年是

互联网金融诞生之年，而2014年将是互联网金融爆发之年。在政策层面，已经

明确了销售机构、支付结算机构、第三方支付平台三个监管层次，解决了合规合

法问题；在商业模式层面，基金、券商和银行与互联网企业结合，后续互联网渠

道优势将不断显现。互联网金融是金融与互联网的结合体，而这种结合有两种方

式，一种是传统金融拥抱互联网，如平安集团的陆金所，为银行提供网银后台技

术支持的中国银联等；另一种是互联网公司发展自己的金融产品，如阿里巴巴、

微信、京东等。随着产业深化发展，互联网金融产生了很多发展模式，比如众筹、

P2P网贷、第三方支付、大数据金融、信息化金融机构等。
