妇科卵巢癌化疗睡眠障碍护理干预对策及满意度研究

【摘要】目的以提高妇科卵巢癌化疗睡眠障碍患者护理水平为研究目标，在临床中实施舒适护理，明确其对的妇科卵巢癌化疗睡眠障碍患者影响。方法以2023.01-12时间段中于院内接受诊疗的妇科卵巢癌化疗睡眠障碍患者为分析对象，共计95例，对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），分别以常规手段、舒适护理手段实施两组护理干预，对两组睡眠状况及满意度等干预情况进行分析。结果睡眠状况方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P0.05）。满意度方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P0.05）。结论在临床中实施舒适护理，有利于改善妇科卵巢癌化疗睡眠障碍患者睡眠状况，提高患者满意水平。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToimprovethenursinglevelofpatientswithsleepdisorderduringchemotherapyforgynecologicalovariancancerastheresearchobjective,toimplementcomfortablenursinginclinicalpractice,andtoclarifyitsimpactonpatientswithsleepdisorderduringchemotherapyforgynecologicalovariancancer.MethodsAtotalof95patientswithsleepdisorderofgynecologicalovariancancerreceivingchemotherapytreatmentinhospitalduringtheperiodof2023.01-12wereanalyzed.Eachpatientwasnumberedandrandomlyselectedtobedividedintocontrolgroup(49cases)andobservationgroup(46cases).Twogroupsofnursinginterventionwereimplementedbyconventionalmeansandcomfortnursingmeans,respectively.Thesleepstatusandsatisfactionofthetwogroupswereanalyzed.ResultsIntermsofsleepstatus,thevaluesintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthetwogroups(P0.05).Intermsofsatisfaction,thevaluesoftheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseofthetwogroups(P0.05).ConclusionTheimplementationofcomfortnursinginclinicalpracticeisbeneficialtoimprovethesleepstatusofgynecologicalovariancancerpatientswithsleepdisorderandimprovethesatisfactionlevelofpatients.
