voltageinputstage,anultracurrentbranch,andresultsinaultraandlow-dropoutlinearregulator.

TheFS8600operatesfromaninputvoltaofVOUT+1Vto65V,consumesonly1.8uAquiescent

current,andoffers1%initialaccuracyandlowdropoutvoltage,70mVtypicalat10mA.

FS8600isafixedoutputLDOwithavailablehasavailablevoltagesat3Vto5.0V.Otherfeatures

includeshort-circuitprotectionandthermalshutdown.
