摘 要 由于混凝土结构的特点，许多房建工程均采用了混凝土结构，这类型结构的施工中对浇筑技术的要求较
高。随着人们对房建工程混凝土施工提出了新要求，工程人员需注重砼浇筑期间的技术管理。虽然砼浇筑技术越发
成熟，但是每一房建工程都有其特殊的结构特点，在施工期间有关人员需从实际出发，优化施工路径，合理确定各
项参数，提高砼浇筑作业的规范性。基于此，本文着重分析了房建工程中砼浇筑的相关技术，引入案例分析法指出
了砼浇筑期间的技术要点，以期为同类型项目提供参考。

AbstractBecauseofthecharacteristicsofconcretestructure,manyhousingconstructionprojectsareusingconcrete
structure,theconstructionofthistypeofstructurehashigherrequirementsforpouringtechnology.Aspeopleputforward
newrequirementsforconcreteconstructionofhousingconstructionprojects,engineeringpersonnelshouldpayattention
totechnicalmanagementduringconcretepouring.Althoughtheconcretepouringtechnologyisbecomingmoreandmore
mature,eachhouseconstructionprojecthasitsspecialstructuralcharacteristics.Duringtheconstructionperiod,therelevant
personnelneedtoproceedfromtheactualsituation,optimizetheconstructionpath,reasonablydeterminevariousparameters,
andimprovethestandardizationofconcretepouringoperations.Basedonthiscondition,thispaperfocusesonanalyzing
therelatedtechnologiesofconcretepouringinhousingconstructionprojects,andpointsoutthetechnicalkeypointsduring
concretepouringwiththeintroductionofcaseanalysis,soastoprovidereferenceforsimilarprojects.
